About the on line store
- Terms of business apply to buyers whose residence is located in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
- The seller is Barik d.o.o. , and the buyer is a visitor of these pages, an adult, who fills in the electronic order and agrees with the terms of purchase, sends it to the seller and effects the payment.
- The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the entered data when making the purchase.
- By ordering, the buyer accepts the terms and conditions of business listed on this site.
- Winery Wine Atelier Shapat and Barik d.o.o. may reject the order or not deliver the goods if they find that the On-line Store has been abused or that the information of the order is incomplete or incorrect, especially if
they cannot contact the customer by telephone for the telephone confirmation of the order. - We reserve the right to describe the errors, photographs, prices, and number of articles for automatic entry of items into the system, as well as automatic order confirmation. In the event of an error, our operator’s approval is valid.
Ordering and paying
- The buyer should select the products and place them in the basket by simply clicking on the button “Add to cart next to each product we have on the status”. When selecting all products, the customer can easily go to the cashier and fill out customer information and delivery. Likewise, the customer can also register with one click and fill in the password field, and thus facilitate subsequent purchases.
- At the end of item 1, the customer will only have to click on the “Place order” button and the order will reach us. Likewise, in the next few minutes, you also need to enter an email to receive a confirmation of the completed purchase.
- When we process your order, we reserve the right of telephone verification of the order form by our operator.
Ordering
Through our online store, we provide purchase of all products from our offer. We reserve the right to have insignificant typing errors, photographs, prices, and number of articles due to automatic entry of items into the system, as well as automatic order confirmation. In the event of an error, our operator’s approval is valid.
Our winery Wine Atelier Shapat is not responsible for the costs oftelephone, data traffic or any other costs that may arise when ordering or reviewing / browsing website.
Upon completion of the purchase process, you will receive an order confirmation on the e-mail address you provided in the purchase form. In case we are unable to deliver any of the ordered products for any reason, our operator will contact you by phone or e-mail to arrange the delivery of another product or, if necessary, cancel the ordered product.

The winemaker may reject the order or not deliver the goods if they find that there has been an abuse of the Online shop or finds that the information on the order is incomplete or incorrect, especially if they can not contact the customer by telephone contact for the telephone confirmation of the order.
Payment
The ordered products are paid for:
On delivery: a cash delivery service – to the employee of the courier service. When making a payment on delivery, we will call you prior to delivery for the order confirmation.
Delivery
Ordered goods in the whole territory of Serbia are delivered by our partner, directly to your home, or to the address you specify in the order form. Delivery is done within a maximum of 3 business days from the date of ordering. Orders received after 14:00 will be processed on the next business day.
If the person ordering the product is not at home in time of delivery, the supplier will leave a “notification of the arrival of the shipment” at the specified address, where the telephone number for further agreement can be made, in the period of the following 8 days. After that, the shipment is returned to the sender.
For members of our Wine club, delivery is free of charge. It is organized each Friday and minimum quantity is 1 pack = 6 bottles.
If you have not received the goods or delivery notice within the expected time, please inform us promptly about this, in order to take action to find a shipment or to send a replacement shipment.
Correctness of the shipment
The ordered products are packed in such a way that they do not get damaged during normal manipulation. When the goods are taken over, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately inform to the person who delivered the goods, and possibly refuse to take the ordered goods if there is visible external damage.
The buyer is obliged to compare the content of the item (type and quantity of delivered items) with the account, and if something is missing or the wrong product is delivered, the supplier is to be notified on the spot.
The Recipient and the Delivery Officer on the spot confirm with the signature and confirm the defects.
Winery Sapat will, at the earliest opportunity, deliver items that are found to be missing in the item or delivered in an incorrect condition, at their own expense.
Checking the order is the responsibility of the buyer, and subsequent complaints in terms of quantity and type of delivered goods and visible defects will not be accepted.
Correction and reclamation
On delivery, please check the goods and report any damage immediately to the supplier. Please compare the delivered products and invoice, and if something is missing on the spot, inform the delivery service, and if you are able to immediately contact our administration by phone: 069 607 891 or at e-mail: ateljevina@sapat.rs
Picture that illustrates a product on a website does not necessarily correspond to the actual appearance of the product, especially with products such as wine.
If the delivered product has a qualitative defect that could not be detected during the takeover of goods, please email us such an e-mail: ateljevina@sapat.rs, in order to arrange the return and replacement of such a product.

Shapat Winery is aware of the fact that many consumers and other users who visit our websites are concerned about the data they have provided on-line, and are wondering how they are kept and used. In order to solve this problem and demonstrate that we have undertaken to protect personal data, we have developed and implemented a policy of
protecting personal data on our Internet site, and we ask you to check it from time to time, considering possible changes.
Protection of personal data on the Internet pages of the Sapat Winery – in general
We collect only those personal data that are voluntarily provided to us. We do not require you to provide us with this information in order to allow you access to our site and we do not require you to disclose more information
than is really necessary to participate in an activity on our site.
We primarily collect personal information so that we can send you changes and news by e-mail, engage you in participating in prize games and inform the winner, send publications, brochures and other promotional material and
answer your questions or advice. We do not sell, do not transfer, we do not disclose the information we collect on our web site to anyone outside the Shapat Winery, except (1) in cases where it is necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations, (2) in cases prescribed by law, (3) in cases where this is necessary to protect your life or physical integrity, and you are not able to give your consent to the processing of your personal information, (4) in cases where this is necessary for the fulfillment of tasks that are performed in the public interest, and (5) in the cases when you yourself published those data.
The Shapat Winery does not collect minors’ data. If you are underage, please do not send us any personal information about yourself, including your name, surname, address of residence, phone number or e-mail address. The transfer of personal data by a minor should not take place without the consent of the parent or guardian. If, nevertheless, there would be a contact in the initiative of a minor, in the event of the transfer of personal data by a minor, the Shapat Winery expressly refuses to receive any requests of a material or non-material nature arising from the processing of such intention of contact.
You may at any time request an overview of all the personal information that we have received from you. We can update, correct or delete this information at your request (if the data is still in our databases), or in the future will stop using this information. If you want to exercise this right, please do not hesitate to contact us.
By sending personal data to the Winery Shapat, the respondent does not waive the rights guaranteed by the prescribed laws of the Republic of Serbia protecting personal data, and in particular the right to request correction or deletion of personal data from our database if they are incomplete, inaccurate or not processed or their processing is not in accordance with the provisions of the prescribed laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Secrecy of data
Winery Shapat undertakes not to make personal data available to third parties, publish it, or give third parties the use without the prior consent of the user to whom the personal data relate. We want to make it clear that while visiting this site, your personal information remains secret, unless you want to voluntarily disclose them. We undertake that, except for the purpose of legal investigation, we will not give the other parties the information we have received.
Data that is automatically entered into the web page, but not personal data (search types, number of visits, time spent on pages, etc.), Shapat winery has the right to use exclusively for the purpose of assessing the site’s visibility and improving its content and functionality.
Sending e-mails
When sending us an e-mail with personal information that can be identified, either via an e-mail with a question or comment, or using the form you send us by e-mail, we use that information to fulfill your requests. We may send your e-mail to other employees or suppliers who can better answer your questions.
All employees of the Shapat Winery and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection. Unauthorized attempts to send or edit data in this location are strictly prohibited.
Surveys, questionnaires and promotional games
Occasionally on our pages we conduct surveys and questionnaires. The data collected by these surveys and questionnaires are used exclusively for the needs of the Shapat Winery. If we publish a response sample on a survey on one of our pages, such a sample does not contain personal information.
Our sites often contain notifications about the different games we organize. For those competitions and prize games that allow electronic access, we will use your personal information only for the purpose of realizing a prize game (for example, to get in touch with you in the event of a win). We do not share this information with anybody outside Shapat Winery, except with suppliers that help us organize games and who have a legal obligation to keep the secrecy of all available data. Once the game is over, the information you provide is deleted after a certain period of time.
Winery Shapat cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by the use of information from these pages for purposes that go beyond their intended purpose.
